We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best service possible. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

This information is already stored on our internal systems and our website simply verifies you as a customer of Gamebirds Clothing. When you place an order we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card’s expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of the status of your request. We will keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above or for as long as we are required by law. After this your personal data will be deleted.

Your e-mail address will be used to communicate with you about your order and products purchased.

When payments are made we do not retain any credit card or bank information; we only retain the customer information required in order to fulfil customer orders.

Orders cannot be printed or shipped if payment has not cleared.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. Prices include VAT where applicable, a vat receipt can be provided upon request.
If an incorrect price is shown due to technical/human error, we are not required to honour that price.

Change of mind:
We always hope that you love all the items you receive. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a free returns policy (returns must be sent ‘2nd class signed for’ / we have a maximum refund amount of £5).
We accept returns up to 28 days upon receipt of your original order providing they are in clean, saleable condition with their original packaging with tags attached. After 28 days we issue a credit note and not a refund.
Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect:
If your order is damaged/ incorrect/ faulty then we ask that you report damage within 7 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos of the product. If your order was damaged during transit please also include photos of the damage to the packaging. We will then replace/refund your order. If we ask you to return the item, please send via standard rate shipping, obtaining a proof of shipping & receipt for your records (return shipping will be refunded to you).
If you want to return an item please complete the returns information form that you received with your order or download it here and return it using the Royal Mail ‘2nd class signed for’ service to the below address. Without this form it will be very hard to process the return.
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain proof of postage as we are unable to accept responsibility for items that do not reach us.
Refund and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
